Information is available to the people at Rozy who need it to handle your enquiry. We use Cloudflare to host this website and protect the enquiry form, and Resend to deliver business email on our behalf. They may process information only to provide those services to Rozy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage an ongoing business discussion, meet legal obligations, or resolve a concern. We then delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask Rozy about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where applicable. To make a privacy request, email contact@luagen.com with “Privacy request” in the subject.
